After searching the market to relocate from our previous address we came across UrbanWorkSpace. After our original viewing of the premises while we were initially impressed with the location the only issue we came across was that we needed more than just office space. Within 6 weeks UrbanWorkSpace turned the original space into a clinical workspace (as shown below). We were very happy with the results and impressed with the service. We now have an office and 2 treatment rooms as well as a waiting area. The Integrated Care Clinics have now been a tenant at Steward Street Business Lofts for over a year and we couldn’t be happier.

In starting my private business I was looking for studio space that had character in which I could create an atmospheric private studio that felt relaxed, atmospheric and creative nor just for me to sit and draw, paint and tattoo from but also for my clients. As a private studio I wanted it to feel exclusive not just tucked away. After some searching I found Branston Court. It had the character, facilities and space I was looking for. I had a meeting with the UrbanWorkSpace staff and expressed what I wanted from the space. They were very helpful and understanding of my concept and helped create a bespoke, tailored tattoo studio which matched my vision. The studio I work from now has the character I wanted and all my clients have expressed how much they love the feel and appearance and character of the surrounding buildings. To me my studio feels like a creative oasis within the city. I couldn’t be happier and can’t thank the team enough for helping create the perfect space.

We joined UrbanWorkspace around 6 years ago at Regent Place, after working at home for a couple of years previously. The move to our office was probably the best thing we have ever done. We started with UrbanWorkSpace ? years ago. Originally we were tenants of an office space but as we grew so did our requirement. UrbanWorkSpace has given us the opportunity to grow at the same location, Cuckoo Wharf. They listened to our requests and helped us along the way. We needed a full building to work from and they are the only landlords that helped us grow to that level. We continue to work from Cuckoo Wharf today.
