Gerry is passionate about small Birmingham businesses and loves to see them grow and flourish – even more so when UrbanWorkSpace has been a piece of the puzzle.

As a nature-lover, Gerry spends his free time beekeeping and producing local all-natural honey for family and friends.

Karl’s worked as Finance Director for over 20 years and manages the cashflow across all UrbanWorkSpace sites. He was involved in the build of the Branston Court offices and takes a strong role in strategy for different renovation projects. Karl is dedicated to UrbanWorkSpace’s family ethos and is committed to helping the business run like a well-oiled machine to cater to clients’ needs.

When he’s not walking along picturesque beaches in Wales or playing tennis, you’ll usually find Karl at Branston Court working on the finances.

Adrian has over 14 years’ experience in facility management, and he’s been managing Branston Court since its initial renovation, so he knows it better than anyone else. He strives to make tenants happy and he’s always here to help. Whether you want to redecorate your office, change location, or just want more information about the building’s rich history, Adrian’s your man.

When he’s not looking after tenants and keeping the place running, he’s a big supporter of his local football team, Burton Albion.
